These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Rangsaga website
(www.rangsaga.com) and any purchase you make from us. By accessing our website
or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not
use our services.
Rangsaga is operated by Rangsaga Textiles Pvt. Ltd., a company registered in
India, with its registered office at 123, Textile Market, Ring Road, Surat, Gujarat 395003.
1. Use of Our Website
By using this website you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old, or accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
- You will provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing an order.
- You will not use the website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that infringes the rights of others.
- You will not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its systems.
- You will not reproduce, duplicate, copy, or sell any part of the website without our express written consent.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the website at our discretion, without notice, for conduct we deem in violation of these Terms.
2. Products & Descriptions
We take great care to describe and photograph our products accurately. However:
- Colours may vary slightly due to monitor/screen settings and photographic conditions.
- Handcrafted products may have minor variations in weave, print, or embroidery — these are not defects but a hallmark of authentic craftsmanship.
- Product dimensions and weights are approximate.
- We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
3. Orders & Payment
When you place an order on our website or via WhatsApp:
- You are making an offer to purchase the product(s) at the stated price.
- Your order is confirmed only after you receive a written confirmation from us.
- We accept payment via UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) where available.
- All payments are processed securely via our payment gateway partner (Razorpay). We do not store your card or UPI details.
- In the event of a payment failure, the order will not be processed. Please retry or contact us.
- Rangsaga reserves the right to cancel any order where we suspect fraud or pricing errors.
4. Pricing & Offers
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
- Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable is the one displayed at the time of order confirmation.
- Promotional discounts and coupon codes cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
- In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.
5. Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery within India: 3–7 business days via reputed courier partners (Blue Dart, DTDC, India Post).
- Express delivery is available at extra cost — selected at checkout.
- Free shipping on all orders above ₹2,999 (standard delivery).
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, weather, or courier delays beyond our control.
- Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. If you notice damage on the parcel, please photograph it before opening and contact us immediately.
- We currently ship within India only. International shipping may be arranged — contact us for a quote.
6. Returns & Exchanges
7-Day Return Policy: You may return most products within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging.
- The following items are non-returnable: custom/bespoke orders, sale items, and blouse pieces once stitched.

- Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will process a refund or exchange within 7 business days.
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method. COD orders are refunded via bank transfer.
- Return shipping charges are borne by the customer unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect item sent by us.
Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours
of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a free return pickup and send a replacement or
issue a full refund.
7. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled — please initiate a return instead.
- Custom or personalised orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
- To cancel, WhatsApp us or email us with your order number as soon as possible.
- Cancellation refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, graphics, logos, and product photography —
is the property of Rangsaga Textiles Pvt. Ltd. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.
- Unauthorised use of our brand name, logo, or photographs constitutes infringement and may result in legal action.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Rangsaga is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or products.
- Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
- We do not guarantee that our website will be available at all times or free from errors.
- We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).
10. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes
arising from these Terms or your use of the website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction
of the courts at Surat, Gujarat, India.
We encourage amicable resolution of disputes. Before initiating legal proceedings, please contact
